Pivot Swan AI provides an AI-powered research platform that analyzes publicly available SEC EDGAR filings to surface informational signals. All analysis is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational and research purposes only.
3. Not Financial Advice
The content produced by Pivot Swan AI, including but not limited to AI-generated scores, summaries, signals, and commentary, does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should not rely on any output from Pivot Swan AI as the sole basis for any investment decision. Past filing signals are not indicative of future performance. Always consult a qualified financial professional.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
5. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@pivotswan.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any output of the Service without written permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
- Represent our AI-generated analysis as your own independent research to third parties
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, and all underlying technology are the exclusive property of Pivot Swan AI. SEC filings referenced by the Service are public records from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated analysis may contain errors or omissions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pivot Swan AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including any loss of profits or investment losses arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
